For someone travelling from Wombarra, knowing which appointments must be in person and which can be by phone removes a real obstacle to continuing. That is worth agreeing at the outset rather than negotiating each time. Which appointments can be remote is agreed at the start rather than case by case. From Wombarra, the practicalities matter as much as the plan. What can be done remotely and what needs a visit is worth settling in the first appointment.
