Menopause raised at the end of a consultation about a sore knee gets the attention that leaves. Book it as its own longer appointment: symptoms, history, what menopausal hormone therapy would and would not do for you, and a plan with a review date. Bloods, where they help, are taken here. Menopause appointments are booked as longer consultations rather than added to another visit. Thirroul patients can book a longer appointment for menopause rather than raising it in the last minute of a visit about something else. Thyroid conditions are managed here too, with pathology in the same building.
